Vermount selects young 6'3 defenseman Adam Larsson, the 1st round (4th overall) pick in 2011 who just signed a $25 million, 6-year deal that will see him as a top pairing guy with offensive potential upside (expected to produce more than the 24 points in 64 games last season.
