2015-2016 HFFHL Normal Draft

The clock will be 6 hours per pick for the entire draft. We've got all summer - there's no need to rush this.
Due to the length of the clock and the number of active GMs, we're not going to tolerate skipped picks. For every pick you miss, your clock will be reduced by 2 hours. If it gets to zero, then your picks are going to be auto-skipped. There is no excuse for missing a pick - you have plenty of time to check (once a day should be fine for this). You can send a list if you know you're going to be away from a computer for a decent amount of time. Do not miss your picks and this won't be an issue.
By the end of the draft, you will have 20 roster players (60+ GP, F/D/G) and 10 prospects (=<60 GP for skaters, =< 30 GP for goalies).
If you did not use all five of your prospect keeper slots, you will receive a compensation pick for each slot unfilled. For instance, if I only kept three prospects, then I get two compensation picks. These picks will be at the end of the draft, after Round 15, and will be ordered based on the 2014-2015 Final Standings. These can only be used to select prospects. The clock will apply as normal to these picks.
Please check and make sure that the player you would like to select has not been kept or picked already. A simple "Ctrl/Cmd + F" on Page 1 does the trick.
Picks cannot be traded. Sorry - this is a mess that is simply not worth dealing with. If you guys don't like this, you can protest in the Discussion thread or shoot myself and CBJ a PM explaining why it should happen. There hasn't been enough trading to convince me to allow this, though.
The Keeper List in the post below this is the finalized list. None of the others in any discussion thread are updated (the one in Part 2 will be updated based upon this one). Use this Keeper List, not others.
The draft clock will start on June 19th, 7 PM CST. However, picks can be made immediately after the Entry Draft is completed. So we'll have at least three weeks of no clock time to pick. This is to spread out the time and give people a chance to compile lists and figure out a draft strategy.
