It's amazing what a draft ranking can do for a prospect.

It's also pretty amazing how much people think they know by looking at hockeydb.

What makes Toninato better than Cameranesi (so underrated)

Cameranesi is a small guy who has built his game around elite level skating, but his game is not tailored to playing without the puck. He is basically a top 6 forward or bust. Toninato plays more of a 200-ft game, and I believe was projected as a 3rd line center who can take on tough matchups and kill penalties. If he can add some offensive contributions too, he becomes even more intriguing.

That being said, both are still playing NCAA hockey, so neither has really proven anything at this point.
