Good list, what's your reason for having Galchenyuk ahead of Slavin, Rielly and Dumba?

Good list, what's your reason for having Galchenyuk ahead of Slavin, Rielly and Dumba?

As much as he is unpopular for not becoming a #1 C, he still scores alot 0.6 pts per game. But you could be right, maybe all those D are much better? I don't know.. i needed help, thats why i posted :P

So you are saying losing Reilly would be a bigger factor than losing Andersen off the leafs?
I personally think you are severely underrating how good Rielly has been and he's becoming a #1 Defenseman. He was originally drafted 5th overall after playing 18 regular season games and 5 playoff games in the WHL during his draft year, so he did something to warrant being a top 5 pick. You don't think a team like the Islanders regrets selecting Griffin Reinhart at 4th overall considering that Rielly was on the board and available.

Are you even looking at my list? Griff Rein is not in top 30. Question is who is he better than on the list i provided?

True, it really comes down to how highly you value forwards vs defensemen. Straight up trade value i would guess that Slavin/Rielly/Dumba would have a higher trade value, but i mean these lists are impossible to get a 100% correct, some people will like it and some wont.

From looking at this list i just realized how bad this draft was for Forwards.

Really good for defensemen though.

Taking the uncertainty related to drafting goalies out of the equation, how valuable would they be in a re-draft?

Perhaps I shouldn't given the struggles of numerous organizations to find stability in net, but I'd still wince at passing up on Forsberg or many of those defensemen listed after Murray and Vasilevskiy (Lindholm, Slavin, Parayko, Trouba, Gostisbehere, Rielly, maybe Dumba.) for a goalie.

Sitting at a desk.
My top 10 would be a little different, OP. Something like this:

1. Filip Forsberg
2. Shayne Gostisbehere
3. Morgan Rielly
3. Hampus Lindholm
4. Jacob Trouba
5. Colton Parayko
6. Jacob Slavin
7. Matt Muray
8. Andrei Vasilevsky
9. Teuvo Teravainen
10. Brady Skjei

With Galchenyuk, Helle, Dumba and Metheson right on the edge.

Dumba plays 25 minutes a game as Wild's #1 D

In those games he has average 0.8 ppg

Dumba not being in any top 10 re-draft list is criminal. This used to be Parayko and Slavin

An Update considering comments

I have adjusted goalies lower, and moved up some D. Matheson i had way too low. Any other major mistakes later in the draft?
