They have 3 still beyond the 3 competing for the NHL

Matt Tompkins as a vet and they signed the ND guy Cale Morris and some other goalie out of ncaa late last season too.

Tom Aubrun got assigned to the Fuel last week. It's probably going to be Morris and Tomkins as Rockford's goalies.

Just listening to 31 Thoughts and Friedman is talking about how teams in a cap crunch are going to be able to save some cap space with carrying 20 active roster players instead of 23 at any given time because they can assign more players on paper to the taxi squad. Interesting.

CSN is running "Hawk Classics" now and it's killing me watching how good those teams were back in the day compared to what we have seen the past 3 years.

“The cap shenanigans around the league this year are going to be next level,” one team source said this week. Sucks for us. I'd love to see the non-cap compliant teams at max squirm.
