How did Girgensons play tonight?

He played well, definitely more engaged and motivated in this game as opposed to his previous efforts during the losing streak. He was aware in his own zone, used his body to shield off defenders, and displayed a noticeable confidence carrying the puck. Hopefully his play/skill level with the puck improves as he matures. It's not his greatest strength at the moment, but it's an aspect of his game that caught my eye tonight.

4-17-1, granted that's doing a quick side by side matchup. So I might be off a little bit. Also of the 4 games, 3 were won in OT or SO. The other one was against San Jose at home which is a lock every year anyway.
