Forgot to bring it up last night, but why isn't Mueller getting a chance on the point with Campbell? He has an absolutely massive one timer...

The first and second goals were stoppable, but they weren't easy saves either.

First was deflected off Ellerby's stick. Second, traffic in front.


We played a good road game, a couple more bounces go our way and we win.

I'd be happy if Kovalev finishes with 20pts which is his pace right now, it would be more than we could ask for from him in 48 games. He's 40 and in his twilight year, his role is mainly a PP specialist and a 3rd or 4th line winger. He still has hands, attracts players attention on the PP and can still chip in on the scoresheet every once in a while. I understand he makes bad plays and has giveaways but Santorelli is more of a wasted contract than Kovalevs' in my opinion.

Is Gudbranson a lock for Thursday night??
