The first line looks horrible 5 on 5. I’ve never seen so many unrecovered dump ins, so many missed passes and absolutely zero finish.

I do not believe that Toffoli is a top line winger on this team.

Who or what needs to be added/changed? If the top line gets going it’s going to be very hard to beat this team.

They beat themselves to and Oiler team yesterday while their first line was mostly invisible.

Boeser disparaging kidding aside, you're honestly not going to find anything closer to a "Top-Line RW" on the market. He absolutely has the sort of ability to be a 30G+ scorer. He's like...a Rich Man's Toffoli, but he's one of the only guys of that ilk that's even potentially available. Playing with Huberdeau, he'd probably live up to that 30G+ potential he has as a pure goal-scorer.


I don't even know what that trade would look like though.
