On that rush he had Couture and Marleau going to the net. He put it right off the pads but Marleau couldn't get to it. Kennedy is playing well tonight..the other two..not so much.

I don't mind him being the shooter off the rush but he does it in pretty much every situation which isn't always the good play.

Kennedy is not the problem on his line right now. He's the only positive.

When the other players take some shots that line will look more dangerous.

Demers on radio intermission interview:

- good road period, working hard, capitalized on PP
- agrees that every team plays their best vs. the Sharks
- they skill comes to forefront when they work hard
- saw Hertl out of the corner of his eye, was given enough time to make the pass
- first period against unfamiliar team is a feel-out period, need to get feet moving, execute

Boyle on TV intermission interview:

- looked for a shot, didn't have the lane, Pavs made a great play and got the Jets player out of his lane
- Jets took it to the Sharks first half of the period
- little details: block shots, get puck out, get puck in (quickly)
