Checked the CBA and it's actually 4 years for players drafted at 18 AND 19 years old, only 2 years for 20+ year olds. I though it was 4 for 18, 3 for 19, 2 for 20 etc... So yes Vähätalo has another year.

For example, Janmark and Kadeikin were drafted at 20 so the Wings got only 2 years for them.
