At this point I hope Jack isn't back until January. Sell off dead weight, pick high and try again next year.

Reinhart can create, but he's got the syndrome of being a step ahead of everyone on his line. He either rushes or misjudges his linemates anticipation.

In terms of delivering a pass yes, but he is not going to control the puck and create offense.

If he coaches a more open game, we get slaughtered. His best chance is to limit total chances in the game and hope we cash in more frequently than the other team. We have Nelson, Falk, Franson on our roster, and Gorges playing on the first pair. That is probably the least talented defense corp in the league right now.

He's used this conservative approach since he got here. Its not an adjustment he made for this run of injuries. He did it all of last season and into this year. Ironically enough, with this string of injuries to top players, you could say he finally has a roster that sort of justifies it. Or another way to put it would be, the roster got crippled to the point that his approach fit the roster, kind of.

Im not so sure. Murray is the guy that wanted this. He loved the system so much that he kept Dan Lambert in Buffalo last year to learn the system so he could implement it in Rochester.

That decision seems to me to be more of a decision about consistency in development. It's an approach you could keep in place for whatever system happens to be run.
