Grigorenko does need to sit. The kid is a mess out there. He did actually win over half of his draws last game, if memory serves, which is a nice change.

No! Why waive or trade away the only player that actually shows some heart for this club?

I don't think they will waive the guy who the coach said was the hardest working player on the team yesterday, which, he also said, is exactly what the team needs more of . I'd be very shocked if he was waived, and he's not good trade bait either.

Edit: I was 100% wrong! He was indeed waived. Maybe a Darcy decision?

Kaleta waived? The chatter isn't just chatter. Hearing that it's real. Stay tuned.

John Vogl ‏@BuffNewsVogl -

Darcy Regier on waiving Kaleta: “This was a move we thought was necessary to help Pat change his game and preserve his career." “We believe in Pat as a person and we hope he will continue his career in our organization and, if the circumstances are right with the Buffalo Sabres.”

Waiving of Kaleta comes after organization ripped across NHL for being out-of-control club.

Not even close. Perreault with 11 points, Bonino with 8 points, Palmieri, Cogliano, and Penner with 5 points each. Etem and Maroon with 4. We've got incredible depth.

Ya, I was going to respond to this as well, but lately the injury woes have gone from knee deep to waist deep. Plus being on this road trip it could finally catch up to them. A couple guys will be returning soon, tho, too.

Last I checked he was at 49% on his draws, which is quite good for a rookie center. He was also second only to Ott in percentage.
