Yup, fantastic come back. I remember watching it. No idea why I didn't shut it off at 5-0, but I didn't.

The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic at the Bell Center.

I think I had to leave when it was 5-2. I checked back later and saw the Habs won in the shootout. I was absolutely amazed, and the way that season was going, it made you wonder if they were actually going to do something special in the playoffs.

Anyways, you mention the crowd. I remember the crowd being electric all year. The playoff atmosphere was also off the charts. That game against Philly where kovalev tied it in the last minute followed by kostopoulos OT winner also made you think that something special was happening..... But that ended up being their last win that year.

Il y a 15 ans, l’improbable retour du Canadien face aux Rangers

C’était il y a 15 ans. Le 19 février 2008, au Centre Bell, le Canadien réussissait la plus grande remontée de sa longue et riche histoire. Il a remporté une victoire improbable de 6-5, concrétisée en séance de tirs de barrage, après avoir accusé un Pejorative Slur de cinq buts face aux Rangers de New York.

I didnt remeber it was Huet last win as a Habs. An impressive one.

I remember this game quite well. When the Rangers scored their 5th, 95% of the time I'd have switched channels but instead decided to keep watching out of morbid curiosity. I am 30 today so I've lived half my life since then.. amazing.
