What are those last two columns all about?
Also how many total players can I have , if I pick up another defenseman I have to drop one correct?

The Waiver Column means what order the waiver wire goes. For instance if all twelve teams wanted a player on waivers, the person who's first in line gets the player.

The moves column means how many total moves a team has made. For instance in that screen cap, LucBourdon has made three moves (either picking up, dropping or trading players)

Also unless you have a empty roster spot you have to either drop a player or put them on Injured Reserve to grab a new player.
