Make my day.
Damage limited to one point.

Team let's in 5 again.

Gaunce Virtanen and Boeser score some points.

Sedins add to their legacy.

Good out of town results for team tank.

Good night.

Tough game for the D ...It was pretty keystone cops...Even though we didn't win it on OT..I like coach Greens mantra of keeping on on 'attacking' ,and not sitting back...Even losses are fun to watch..

Look, you can't blame Edler there as he'd been out for the entire OT. If Hank had made the safe and simply pass to Edler, he could've gotten started the breakout with Daniel. Just a stupid and unnecessary play.

Virtanen deserved to be out there with Gaunce instead of the twins.

Greener riding dem Sedins like an ol' broke mule

So tired of watching the Sedins trotted out there. Slow as f***ing molasses. Bulletin to Green, you are not a contender! Give some other players a chance. Virtanen was the best forward on the team tonight and deserved a chance to unleash his amazing speed in overtime.

Please can the Sedins retire at the end of this season.

Henrik Sedin has the most assists in the NHL the past month. But yeah they're the problem, not the overpaid pile of rubbish Jim Benning has brought it.

Lol to hearing Henrik always talking about "playing the right way" How the young players have to "play the right way" The Sedins are often really brutal defensively with bad giveaways themselves

I'm beginning to question if the pro scouting staff or Benning actually looked at film of Del Zotto and Gagner before signing them to deals with term this offseason....these guys are a catastrophe.....and beginning to seriously wonder about Green....even Willie figured out early on you can't put both Sedins out there on three-on=three overtime....would have loved to have seen Virtanen out there to start OT....but this team isn't doing anything this season anyway, so it is what it is.

Young guys score; another loss contributing to the tank; and with each passing game the Canuck goaltending is cementing the future for Demko.

Woopty-doo. He will get 50 points tops while being poor defensively and painfully slow in a fast league for 7 mil. It really is time for a new act here after 17 years.

Other players get trashed on this board. He was awful in OT and deserves to be called on it.

Acting like leading the NHL in assists in a month isn't a big deal, but constantly posts about how good Derrick Pouliot is. Yup, seems pretty typical.

He was bad in overtime sure, but acting like these players don't have pro's and wanting to turf them while usually being pro benning's duds is just laughable.

You do realize Brock Boeser isn't having nearly as good a season without the sedins right?

Better effort and good battle level to get back in this game but still all kinds of defensive breakdowns.

- good to see Gaunce finally get his goal even though it was a total fluke. Expect that points will start coming more regularly now. Gaunce and Virtanen were both very good again tonight. Virtanen's speed gave SJ fits. Need a better linemate than Dowd.

- Sedins in OT should have stopped being a thing ages ago. Simply can't keep up in that format. Insane to be playing them instead of Virtanen.

- Gagner was a bit better tonight and had a decent game. Vanek was crap after his big game against Montreal.

- Burmistrov and Boucher both benched. No idea why either is playing over Goldobin.

- Biega another great game. Promoted to the top pairing with Edler and didn't miss a beat. Hopefully never comes out of the lineup again.

- conversely, Pouliot was awful and demoted. Just seems to completely lose the plot 2 or 3 times/game and wander completely out of position. Should be scratched for the next game.

- Stecher has completely lost what made him effective when he made the team last year. Has lost all confidence offensively and is a non-factor 3rd pairing defender who is below-average at both ends of the rink.

- Gudbranson actually had a pretty solid game. Might be the best he's skated this year.

- Markstrom maybe could have had one of the Thornton goals but was again hung out to dry with tons of high-percentage chances to deal with.
