I had a chance to go there the other night but I just couldn't wrap my head around a filet mignon sandwich.

Hey man, I did my due diligence. I checked their website, and you can order the bucket of meat rare. Also, I had a funny moment the other night. When I picked up the pork chop I posted in the Menu Thread the other day, the cashier had a 'helpful' tip for me. The secret to making a good pork chop, according to him, is to not overcook it.

It’s a PSA 10 and the only one at that. Now that number is nearly certainly artificially inflated because that’s what they all do these days. The card is also likely graded shadily too.
