Beginning of the season it was

Parise-Granlund-Pominville-Suter-Spurgeon

and since that unit was doing everything except producing, Yeo Moved Spurgeon and Granlund to 2, Koivu and Vanek to 1, and Pominville to the point.

I have no idea why he made those changes. It went from having two units playing a minute each, to the number one unit playing a minute and a half again. There was nothing wrong with the unit above that isn't wrong with the number one unit now.

Okay, I just checked the game logs and Koivu has had more PP TOI/G every single game. Koivu was never on the 2nd unit in terms of ice time.

First two games, Koivu had 8:38 PP TOI vs Granlund's 5:33 PP TOI.

For the season, Koivu is averaging 3:48 vs Granlund's 2:33.
