Someone on this board compared him to Brett Burns. I always think of that when he struggles to score. He’s a great shutdown guy, but offensively gifted he is not.

Team is certainly putting the effort in.

On the flip side, I am sick of hearing people defend Chara playing a 2-1. He overcommits to blocking the pass every time. If he’s back on a 2 on 1, he entirely gives up the lane to the shooter. Not just to shoot, but to try a deke if he desires.
