There is only choice given the tweet that suggests a good final third means Benning remains in control. Cheer for the canucks on a micro level play to play basis while hoping they lose on the macro level.

I was going to do a bit about the lineup with all the names backwards but that is just to tedious

That they're even on the fence is frankly pathetic.

I'm starting to sway into the territory of just cheering for them to win games because they're so far off from actually making the playoffs / winning that there's no point in having a long term hope. Just take the satisfaction of beating the Oilers every once in a while or whatever and re-engage to actually having a hope in like 5-7 years. If Boeser winning the Calder means Benning stays on, meh. At least my favorite player won something. Better than the scenario where he doesn't and the team just grinds to a 2-1 loss (moral victory) 80% of the time with Benning replaced by Weisbrod/Linden.

If a bunch of 8-0 losses means incremental progress, bring it on. It's just hard to actually care at this point.

LA is back to their 16/17 selves. 5 wins in 16.. sounds familiar around these parts.

Don't give up a goal the first 5 mins.
Don't let their depth, beat our depth.
Need a PP goal.
Need to out-skate em.. LA is one the few teams we're probably faster than overall.
Toffoli is THAT guy isn't he... That guy on the other team that always seems to score against us.

Got free tickets so I’ll be attending, hopefully Hutton slots back in....and there’s more excitement than the Winnipeg game. Hard to get mad over free seats but with this team Hoo boy

Just 15 points back from a wild card spot! Time to make our push now!

94 points was last years playoff cut off! That's only a 26-9 record over the last 35 games! A mere 122 point pace! Completely doable given this is the best team Jim has ever assembled!

How sad is it that if they won all their remaining 35 games (42% of the season) they would end up with 6 less points than last years presidents trophy winners?

I think this is anybodys game.......Canucks are healthy,so no excuses now.

Oh but they will find an excuse. Likely something to do with how the injuries really put them behind the 8-ball and they just couldn't right the ship because of it.
