How does the worst starting team with only 3 goals in 4 games find 7 tonight to beat one of the supposed best teams in the league who have scored 2 in the Canes.

The first players are eliminated tonight.

Aho out. Lines are unbalanced. Raanta playing too much since Freddy got hurt. Defence too happy-go-lucky with DeAngelo-Orlov being an actual pair.

Seattle always a hard working team. They usually get their chances despite lacking high end scoring talent.

That match was the perfect storm brewing

I know who's out for the Canes, you forgot Svechnikov too, but this team has good depth, I think Aho is overrated anyway, and have been winning their games without these players, Raanta may or may not be playing too much, he can be a starting goalie in spurts at least, happy go lucky, right.

I know about Seattle too, but the important thing is they only scored 3 goals in 4 games, so they were not good even if everything else on the team was, the most important thing was not, so this should have been a Canes win all day long.

Picking the Leafs will be tough pill for me to swallow but I’ll gladly do it if they’re playing the Rangers.

Strike 2 - that's what I get for having faith in the Sabres.
