I think we get some sort of rotating cast of Chara, Greene and Gustafson in those two spots to keep Greene and Chara fresh. If Gustafson makes the team that also means we probably lose Aho to waivers. I’m honestly a little surprised this wasn’t a PTO but at least we have options

I wanted this so bad at the end of the season and last year because I thought the fit was great and that he would be good in Trotz system. That being said, my friend is a capitals fan and did not want Chara back so take that into consideration too.

I like it. We have a full season ahead in a tough division and a grind. He provides depth, experience, leadership, and there is the nostalgia factor heading into UBS.
