Well since there is no NHL to talk about I thought I would bring up the 2005 WJC. This year is looking to be one of the best ever, with some amazing talent participating. Just wondering when the final rosters have to be in and if anyone has some info on the invitees for each team so far.

I heard Crosby will be there, along with Ovechkin.

Canada could potentially field a very strong team this year if the NHL is still locked out. There are a lot of guys that would have been playing in the NHL that could end up on Team Canada come December...

Canada fields a very strong team every year.

This is going to be the year that we turn our WJHC fortunes around and take the gold. I'm going with a 4-3 final against the USA for the gold.

I hope this is the case as I've already got my gold medal game tickets
