Hopefully the small ice (is it going to be on small ice?) will help, but I get the feeling that D squad is going to get torched.

hopefully ekblad will be loaned back to solidify that back end, if not there will be no problems producing offense from the back but steady defence may be an issue

I would also find room for Baptiste up front, not sure for who

Bigras - Theodore
Heatherington - Morin

Tough for me to see Horvat in the NHL but you never know. With the way Phoenix is right now I think Domi makes NHL and I still argue that Nurse isn't a lock next year either so he may wind up on here.

If the Oilers draft Ekblad. I'm positive Nurse will be sent back

Why is everyone assuming Reinhart will make the NHL? I don't think he's physically ready.

If there was one criticism to make of Reinhat I really don't know if its with his physicality. Not like he is a power forward but he takes the body and has decent size unlike other small guys like RNH

Maybe I'm wrong but I didn't get that vibe from him

Even if Lazar is in the NHL I could see Ottawa letting him go for the WJC.

Dal Colle - McDavid - Lazar

Reinhart doesn't engage physically nearly as much as the Nuge. From a size and strength perspective, Reinhart should be fine (I could see him being 6'1 190 by training camp), but he is far from a physical player. He kind of plays like Toews, but with less tenacity.

Id slot in Greg Chase as a 4th line/ energy player. I know Canada has brought some of these guys in the past.

35 goals 50 assists 85 points in 70 games this season, so he skill as well

I have high hopes for this team, unlike last year.

I think McDavid is going to be a lot better by the time the 2014-15 OHL season starts, we should see the best performance by a Canadian junior since Brayden Schenn. Comrie/Fucale is also a very legitimate goaltending tandem.

Except he doesn't really play with energy, he acts like a pest when it's suitable for him right now, other times he is lazy and stops moving his feet and takes bad penalties and makes lazy plays for the puck. Excellent offensive skills and talent, but he is not a 4th line energy player on the World Juniors from what he showed this season.
