Will the World Juniors be on NHL Center Ice?

I remember two years ago the World Juniors (in Europe) were available live to people who had NHL Center Ice (early in the morning on the left coast of North America). Are they going to be available on NHL Center Ice again for those of us outside of Canada and knowing that ESPN would show re-runs of Camel Races before they would show the World Juniors live?
