Jury's out on Anderson but take it from a guy who watched his team go through 20 something goaltenders between Khabibulin and Bishop to say people need to cut Anderson a break

People act like Ottawa is some depleted, pathetic, talentless roster and you know why? Because year after year after year after year they're coached like it despite the fact that they are not.

I swear to God if they ever took a chance on someone like Boudreau they'd be rolling 2 scoring lines, a top power play and a decent shutdown line led by the likes of Pyatt and Thompson with the occasional need for Anderson to steal a game -which he is perfectly capable of doing and Gabby's no stranger to having to put together a makeshift defense.

Instead we've got the Sens having a "Who can set their team up to look like a plus sign the fastest contest" while they just literally sit there and wait for turnovers

We are a poorly built team.
Out managers have loved having these "defensive" guys in the back end, like Oduya, Phaneuf, Borowiecki, Wideman and we have zero puck movement outside Karlsson, Ceci and Chabot, and Ceci is debateable.

Karlsson isn't the same, and we need him to NHLEASports turbo mode to win.
Anderson is meh.
Condon is meh.
We are old, slow and uncreative.
Boucher has no ideas or solutions.
Our GM is a blowhard that pats himself on the back too much off the result of an irreproduceable run last year.

We need a rebuild where we bring in 5-7 young guns and run with them, with a little vet help.
I got season's this year based on last year's performance. Was a mystery box purchase, won't be getting season's again unless they announce A REBUILD.

Sens swept the season series against Boston when their team was more healthy, and then finished the job in the playoffs. And much like the Bruins were, the Rangers we’re heavily favoured to win the series. It’s easy to look back and say they weren’t very good, but they were supposed to be better than Ottawa entering the series.

Not to mention they pushed the Penguins to the brink of elimination. They were pretty much a bounce away from going to the SCF and possibly winning the Cup.
