An interesting illegal man downfield takes away a Georgia score and then an interception in the endzone.

Don't say anything at all
A huge reason UM-OSU should be at night is that it is a more friendly time slot for West Coast viewers.

Noon ET is 9 AM in PT, 8 AM in Alaska, and 7 AM in Hawaii.

In contrast, 7:30 PM ET is 4:30 PM PT, 3:30 PM in Alaska, and 2:30 PM in Hawaii. A night kickoff would allow West Coast fans of both schools to sleep in if they didn't want to watch another game.

I'm thinking 4 AM to capture the Asian market.

I was in Colorado last year, and that game starting at 10am so that I could go out later in the afternoon and at night was among the most glorious parts of that trip. No ones sleeping past 9am other than gamers who stayed up streaming until 4am.

The media circus around the Jimbo hiring was definitely worse than this one has been so far

Rankings prediction

UM
Georgia
Washington
FSU
Oregon
OSU
Texas
Alabama

Five teams that are win are they are in:

UM
Georgia
Washington
FSU
Alabama

UM is very unlikely to lose so:

Oregon needs a loss by FSU or maybe Georgia (they may get in regardless with a close loss)

Texas needs a loss by FSU and Oregon

OSU needs a loss by FSU, Alabama and Texas (not sure they get in over Georgia)

Because FSU is at #5 and, in theory, can stay at #5 even with a win?
I don't think the committee will keep out the 1-loss defending champ considering they are a SEC team and the Georgia-Alabama storyline.

FSU may have technically earned it with a win but they have literally zero chance of winning a national championship, while Georgia most definitely does have a chance.

They are not leaving out an undefeated power 5 champion. Not happening.
