Expecting a close hard fought game between two evenly matched teams.
The key for the Canucks will be limiting penalties taken.
Both teams are probably happy with the matchup instead of having to face one of Colorado or Dallas. Don’t see either of the Canadian teams matching up well against those two top teams.
But this one should be a great series. Likely going 7 games.

expect this game to be sloppy in the first with the time off for both teams, close fought game with oilers coming out on top

I like how the initial conversation in this thread has been about TMNT instead of the game.
Mods should be getting bonuses for this series...
As long as the Canucks don’t get too cocky and underestimate the 9th place Oilers I think it will be a close game.
Be curious to see how the canucks PK prep versus the geriatrics helps against the Oilers PP.
On the one hand I feel like it's ingenious to have the Sedin's+Tochette+Gonchar learn/simulate the Oilers PP. On the other hand.... Surely they can't be that effective at stimulating McDavid for it to even work right? Not to mention even with McDavid and Draisaitl the only reason the Oilers can flip flop with such versatility is because of Nuge.
