If you really want to watch it outside, hard to beat Stadium Swim at Circa. Nowhere near the arena but Circa is just awesome for watching a big game. Otherwise just find a bar next door at NYNY or Park MGM.

Going to the game would be awesome but as you'd expect prices are sky high with lots of demand from the opposing fans. Maybe if Florida makes it that's less of an issue.
