Outside of twelve seconds in Game 1 and three minutes in Game 4, this is the most boring series I've ever seen in my entire life. Every game feels like watching two seniors disagree over a game of shuffleboard.

it's no that we aren't shooting the puck I wish this narrative would die. The issue is 100% not being able to get the shots through, at this point the net front players should just pretend they are defenders and box the nashville players out so they can get the shots through

NHL is behind, there's not really any offensive coordinators. I heard Turgeon was acting like one for a bit but he was still an assistant coach primarily.

There is lots of offensive tactics being taught, that's why a lot of these young kids are pretty good coming in. I agree that they need to get on that.

Call it what you like, but the zone entries and what F1-3 are doing once there is an obvious a problem. And Tocchet has driven the PP off a cliff.

This, or the guy receives the pass and instead of a one timer he waits a second and then fires it into some Preds shin pads or over the net.

No way to spin it.....just a terrible period of hockey. Canucks are on pace to record the fewest shots on goal in a 6-7 game series in NHL history.

Preds just collapse down low and let Hughes dipsy-doodle all over the place. There's not a single shooting lane. The only answer is more physical forwards who crash the net. Problem is, the Canucks don't really have very many.

Yes he is, but when your superstar primadonna 100 point center can't even look like a 2nd liner offensively, your offensive ability is going to look pretty anemic in general.

This is just a pretty patently absurd thing to say of a serious candidate, if not frontrunner for the Jack Adams trophy this year.


I feel like way too many people somehow expect the coach to just make the team score more better. It's kind of naive, and not really how systems work.

Easily worse. Shots were like 60-54 in some of those games
