Go Slovakia, go!
Yes, go home Slovakia, go!
3 - 1 for SVK
5-3 Sweden shud b a gud game
Have a bad feeling about this one.
Good luck, you Slovaks!
2 - 0 Sweden, Backlund's third shutout.
it's shpuld be interesting game...hope slovakia takes the win...
satan 2, chara, hossa
I'm honestly not impressed by the Slovaks this far, but a QF is a QF.
Slovakia is always one of those teams that you get a bad feeling from - even when they're doing poorly you know they have the tools to put some hurt on your team. They make me nervous. But if Sweden doesn't make boneheaded plays, they can take 'em. Especially if Slovakia comes in tonight on the bad side of the inconsistency they're known for. Heck, if both teams play as well as they're capable of, Sweden still wins.
So why do I have a feeling Slovakia wins tonight?
Hossa, Gaborik & Demitra.
Enough to give anyone nightmares.
But that said.
If Sweden can keep their cool and continue to play solid and disciplined (aka boring) hockey then Slovakia can be beaten.
Sweden has virtually no star on the team, but they're a team in the full meaning of it.
i am on a vbookie streak, 7 in a row
i put 100 on slovakia, i think they were bluffing so far ...
Demitra has some knee ligament problems, so he will be slower today.
Tomas Starosta is out of the tournament after a hit in the Belarus game.
I love playoffs. Now the world championship started indeed. Hope we'll see great match.
Even though our team is realy inconsistent and on this championship had only one good match (with czechs) I still believe them since its simply my team. If i see great effort of our team tonight I will be happy even if we loose.
Let the show begin.
Expecting a tight, low scoring game. Sweden must avoid OT and especially penalty shootout if they want to win.
good luck to you guys...
drop the puck...can't wait
go slovakia go!
Taking penalties wouldn't be all too clever against these guys either...
i have a feeling that it's gonna be miro satan' show tonight
Did they say the ref is Danny Kurmann?
If so I feel bad for both teams already
go slovakia go!
