IIHF rules... Once you go through the round of 3, anyone can shoot at any time. (Toews at the WJC anyone?)

Or is it anyone can shoot at any time... even in the fist 3 shooters... ahh hell I give up!

That had to have been the most exciting international hockey game I've seen in a very long time. Excellent job by both teams and the shootout ending ramped it up a notch. Just too bad, I was hoping Phil Kessel would be America's hero.
