    2-0 Vyborny. Where is Canada's D?

Canada keeps backing up too much and their defence plays horribly.

Because the 11-0 game where we didn't even need to show up is my guess now we are paying for that game.

    3-0, shots 14-2 Czechs.

Getting dominated even on faceoffs and Czechs aren't even good on faceoffs...here's hoping second period we can bounce back.

    Three reasons.

    1. Canada is sloppy at the center of the ice, loose pucks etc.
    2. They haven't faced top teams in this tournament (I don't think USA is one)
    3. They tought they are invincible after 11-0 win.

3-1. Now Canada had some traffic in front of the goal and scored.

I think Canada is starting to look like Canada. Canada didn't play their style at the first 10minutes and they were soft. Now they are crashing to the net.

How do these quarter finals work? Mainly how can you be eliminated, this is different then the olympics.
