That was the most impressive round I have ever seen.

yea i dunno. I think he'll crush Vladdy in the 2nd round. Vladdys legs were sponge halfway thru he was stumbling and coundn't control the swing.

Nope, its an invite event for the big sluggers. Vladdy has had a great HR derby before and is still considered an elite HR hitter, even though this year his power numbers are down.

Vladdy was invited again after 2019 and declined.

I tuned in for fun, didn't really want to spend my entire evening watching this.

Didn't think Vlady had a chance against the guy that hit 41 in the first round.

Guess I'm watching the whole thing.

Hope he can pull out the win here. HR derby is pretty fun IMO, but way more fun when your guy is in it.

For me as far as all-star games go, HR derby, 3 point shot and dunk comp are the tops.
