A first, two home losses in a row.
Karlsson sets career high with 30 goals
Well in a way he's been setting new career highs every time he scored since like his 6th goal lol
In his entire career prior to this season he had 18. On pace for 43.
First proposal/wedding. 2/15.
And we have video
2/17. Team ties NHL record for home wins in inaugural season
Smith and Marchessault both with 3 point nights.
Tuch - first Gordie Howe Hat Trick
Set NHL record for best home record inaugural season
Luca Sbisa scored his 100th point.
Alex Tuch with his, and the teams first Gordie Howe Hat Trick.
Vegas also passes Florida for most points by an expansion team and also the Hartford Whalers for most home wins.
Beat me to it, while I was typing it out hahaha
Better to list multiple times than forget/not list at all.
I love seeing new franchises start and get all their firsts out of the way - similar to the Jets a few years back (although technically they were the Thrashers before that).
Another interesting category (although complicated to assemble) is the first ever goals scored between Vegas and each other team.
3 Golden Knights players are top 3 in plus minus +/- in the NHL. I'd be very surprised if it ever happened at any time. Usually expansion teams are the worst or among the worst in plus minus +/-
Karlsson - Smith - Marchessault
Tomas Hyka, First NHL goal First Goal as a Knight
Karlsson 3 point night (2G 1A)
Smith 3 point night (3A)
Tomas Tatar with his first goal as a Knight
Reaves and Hyka with their first assists but I don't track those.
3 Point Nights for Cody Eakin... of all people
They get the record 20th road win with the shootout victory today
