do we have a sense as to who is buying these secondary market tickets? is it folks who live in vegas? folks from the opposing cities (ie., winnipeg, washington) making the trip? random visitors who may happen to be in vegas at the time?
by all accounts the "show" rivals other Vegas Strip shows in terms of glitz and glam. seeing Gladys Knight sing during the intermission was pretty incredible, hardly a common sight. in some ways, im reminded of that old joke ... paraphrased ... i went to see a Vegas show and a hockey game broke out. very very impressive stuff, i can see why demand is so high, its like nothing else out there in NHL-land.
