At least I took my Fender bass and my oldest guitar out of there last week. Not looking forward to the drums and my guitar pedal boards though. The leak was in my unit only, some people win the lottery, me....

Burst pipe at my self storage unit overnight. Went there and took a quick look but they stacked everything the smaller space across the hall when it happened. Going back tomorrow morning and empty the spare unit out and see how everything fared. Had a nice Dobsonian telescope, 4 huge stage speaker bins, some guitar electronics, a jazz drum set and solid oak furniture.
