since everyone is saying nice things about malone i thought id join in the fun.
the first time i saw him play i thought nothing of him but for somebody that has those types numbers on that team deserves an immence amount of consideration for ROY.
im a biased ryder fan, biased in the way that everyone is biased towards there faivoret team, but when i say this i say it with no bias: ryder will be a future 30+ goals 70+ points man for years, if he elivates his hitting he will be a premier power forward in this league for many years, this kid has alote of class not giving up after his stint in the echl, he worked harder and eched his flaws and got called up he has soo much hart and determination that it'll push him over the top.
i cant wait to see him elivate his game for the playoffs, he's a cherecter player with tonnes of skill and its cherecter players who make the biggest splash in the playoffs.
i havnt seen enough of malone but i hear nothing but good things about him, especialy from posters who i respect, THOSE are incredible numbers to have on that team, i cant wait to see more off him.
as for hunter ive liked him from the first time ive seen him play.
my point is, 2003-04 is one amazing year for first year players, not all will pan out but this year is special.
