I actually really dig that Blue Jays commercial because that song is perfect for how we as fans feel right now

Did we win a game against the Yanks on Friday night to, plus the 2 yesterday? I believe we did but I was a little confused because the announcers kept saying the Jays really wanted to win game 1.

Stro looked pretty good overall. Yeah he struggled at times, but he had some filthy stuff when he was settled in.

they meant game 1 of the double header not game 1 of the series

Yeah, we've now won 6 in a row in Yankee Stadium as far as I know. 3 for 3 in this series and we now have a 4.5 game lead.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Yankees win this one today, though, with their ace on the mound.

Yeah should be a pretty exciting finale for sure! Those stats 100TG, are pretty darn impressive at Yankee stadium if you think about how much we lost there before this year.

That is pretty light. I like.

Jays just made a trade for Darwin Barney (2012 Gold Glove winner) to shore up the infield with Tulo out indefinitely. He's been in the minors this season, so keep your expectations low.

Neither team has anything left in the bullpen at this point, so jumping on either pitcher early is huge. Gotta make the pitcher work and throw lots of pitches. That's when the Jays are at their best.

Tanaka's stuff is filthy, though, even if he always looks really sad.

How bad are other areas of his game if he's a good glover and in the minors at 29? It doesn't look like his defense disappeared

Blue Jays are about to let the opener in Atlanta slip away.

Fortunately, the Yankees are down by a run in the top of the 8th right now.

How about that double-play there. Pennington drops a difficult flare in the outfield, but the runners on first and second had to hold up until they saw him drop it, so he had time to throw to second for the force and third for the tag-out.

I was looking for a stream to the Flames/Dinos game and missed it. I assume it was beyond the infield fly arc then?
