In case you're not following the Canes Twitter (which is a huge mistake fyi because they've been giving ridiculous deals recently--I was able to snag club seats for 38 bucks with tax a couple of weeks back!): They have a great deal on lower level tickets for our home finale: Check it out if you're interested.

Anyone who is not an Season Ticket Holder and is interested in the random, scattered single seats available I can get them cheaper for you. I go to the occasional game alone and figured some other people may do that as well.

For example, section 325 has a single seat left that's not on resale. On Ticketmaster you will pay $142 after fees and taxes for that ticket. I believe I saw I can get that seat for $63.

Just wanted to throw it out there so someone doesn't waste their money

Ok, I have a question for you guys. Not everyone may know but looking for some advice.

Context: the night the Canes clinched I bought tickets to Game 4. Realizing Game 4 might end up being midweek and I’d have to take more vacation than I wanted to in order to go, I bought tickets to Game 3 the next morning, figuring I could sell the ones I wasn’t going to use. Now that the schedules out I see I do want to go to Game 4 and now need to sell Game 3.

However, I’m now noticing that prices have gone up ~$20-30 per ticket (even just in section 306) since I bought them, and I’m wondering about the market as a function of time. Should I re-upload and sell now for right around what others in that section are going for? Or does the market typically go up as you approach game time?

Anyone have any experience in this area? First time selling tickets on Ticketmaster so I’m new to this. Would love to at least get my original Ticketmaster fees back, but defraying the cost of the Game 4 tickets would be a bonus!

306, Row L. 2 tickets.

Wanted 306 specifically bc that's where our season tickets were back when we lived in the area. Watch them win the Stanley Cup from that section (along with tons of other great times). It's my favorite section.

Depends. If the Canes are up 2-1 or 3-0 in the series I'd expect the price to climb. If the Canes are down 3-0 or maybe even 2-1 in the series at that time, I'd expect prices to go down

Awesome. I have tix for home Game 1 -- are you selling any to other home games?

I'm not selling any per se, just noticed that there were some seats for sale still that were single and were way more expensive through Ticketmaster. Issue is we just got this email at 6:31 tonight and it states this in there:

"Lastly, moving forward, any and all individual ticket purchases for playoff games must be purchased at Hurricanes.com/Tickets and are no longer available for purchase via Caniac Account Manager"

Maybe I can call the STM line and get it but I'm not sure now.

my tickets are very close to this for the playoffs so if u go to both games we can sit near each other and not acknowledge each other's presence if u want

Ooh that’s fun let’s meet up! Game 4 I’m in 305 (it was like $20 cheaper so I figured one section closer to the red line is actually fun).

Or not acknowledge each other’s presence that’s fun too.

I have 3 seats available for Monday. They are in the upper bowl, looking up the ice in "video game view" in perfect symmetry with the middle of the ice (i.e. you will be in geometric alignment with Petr Mrazek's butt crack).

To prevent them ending up in the hands of a Caps fan, I would prefer to sell them here. Asking whatever is the lowest price listed on Ticketmaster, and you don't have to pay the fees. DM me.

Edit: last call on these, I need to get them either sold or posted on TM by tomorrow morning.

I’ve still got two seats in 306 for Game 3 on Monday as well. Also asking for lowest price on Ticketmaster. I’m already selling there trying to undercut their prices anyway, we can both save on fees. DM me if interested.

On the other hand... you could align a Caps fan with Petr Mrazek's butt crack and not tell him.

I'm wondering how the Canes ended up having so many different tickets again. Game 3 was 99.9% sold out the day after they went on sale. Now there are quite a few tickets on sale directly from the Hurricanes.

Is it possible they took back tickets from Season Ticket Holder's who bought extras with the intent of just reselling them? Not sure if they could get away with that or not.

Not really sure why they would want to do that. There's nothing in it for them, having to turn around and sell it again anyway.

Just a random guess: were there a handful held back for anyone who signed up for a 19-20 season plan? Only thing I can think of. It's actually a well kept secret that you can get tickets for lots of sporting events you would think you can't because of insane prices. For example my friend got into SCF games in both Newark and Boston at the window day of game.

Hey, need to sell my game 3 ticket for Monday. Single ticket in great location and i'd like to avoid all those stupid stubhub fees (on both sides) if possible. DM me if you're interested.

OK, not looking great that they'll sell. Ticketmaster released some previously unsold tickets yesterday at like half the price and only a few sections over.

Have 2 Game 3 tickets for tonight and I'm not even in town. At this point it'd just be a shame for the seats to go to waste. Wouldn't say no to a few shekels but really just trying to find a use for them. DM me if interested.

(NOTE: Also still listing them on Ticketmaster, and probably will until 1 or 2pm, when Ticketmaster takes them down. If they sell they sell *cue Drago*, if not I'll happily give away!)
