Nah. It's refreshing to see them pop up now and again. Part of the fun of this board are the inside jokes that develop over the years.

While true I just don't know if I'd use a Soviet reference in naming this line for other reasons than a joke.

That's actually very clever. Not sure a Soviet reference would really fly though. It was a very repressive regime. Less so after Stalin, but still repressive.
