He was never THAT good. He went from a pretty good, to good, to barely an NHL player.

This is true to an extent... if he was normal sized he wouldn’t be beloved... it was because he’s so small and cute like a puppy. And everytime he didn’t compete in the playoffs or score like the real stars in the league we talked about how he’s doing so good for his size. And he throws the body for someone his size. And for someone his size he can defend well. What’s the old saying? The subtle bigotry of low expectations.

No Sam, that's not another disappointment for the Rangers. Maybe it is for Quinn.

But if the players on that roster felt any semblance of disappointment, they wouldn't have showings like tonight.
