Schedules look pretty even to me between Caps, Pens & Jackets. Rangers have the toughest imo.

I'd take a split with Caps & Pens/Blackhawks and go 7-2-1 for 19 more points and let the others top it if they can. Going to be interesting.

One of those teams will finish with about 110 points and not have the home-ice advantage. That just doesn't seem right.

It's not a meritocracy, I guess I'm just more adjusted to that. I don't think it has to be that fair. I like the idea that you have to win your division first.

And purely from a spectators perspective, teams are all beat up by the finals anyways. The only time you ever get to see two mammoths collide at full force is when two juggernauts meet in the first round.

Hard to believe that Two of the Top 3 teams in the league are already 100% guaranteed not to make their conference final. :(

The way it looks now is the way it finishes. Washington, PIT, CBJ, NYR.

Hopefully the Caps are in a funk given how they performed out west. Hopefully the win against the Wild was the one-off.

What got into Florida beating Leafs 7-2 last night....or was it a Leafs meltdown?

CBJ next 3 opponents have combined record of 7-19-4 in their last 10 games. :amazed:

Planning on getting to the following games

3/25 Philly @ CBJ
3/30 CBJ @ Canes
4/8 CBJ @ Philly

Should be a good time. Finally all those years of following a joke of a team are paying off.

I'll be there for the 2pm Philly game! I think we should rotate Bob and Korpi just to keep Bob fresh. Let Bob take the last 2 or 3 games to finish the season and start the playoffs

there's still a big part of me that thinks the Rags free fall...that defense isn't good and no Henrik...they just haven't...

They seem to be VERY content managing for the WC1. Rest the players up and be as healthy as possible for playoffs. Meanwhile, Pens, Caps and CBJ are going to beat themselves up trying to avoid the #2 & #3 spots.
