I am triggered.

Don't be triggered they're delicious. When I used to cook my wife salmon I would get the thinnest filet I could find and then cook it extremely well done and cut out the middle for her. The even more overcooked out of pieces I would say for myself and I started liking them so much I would put extra seasoning on them. That's my version of Salmon burnt endss at least.

I'm sure they are delicious, but its just cubes of overcooked salmon. It couldn't be any further from burnt ends.

What next? Bread burnt ends? Those are just croutons. Fried cubes of qinuoa or tofu? Vegetarian burnt ends. Where does this madness end. Have some standards people.

This is more sacrilegious than the hot dog sandwich debate.

I posted salmon burnt ends a page ago. They weren’t burnt. Smoked for a few hours, tender as hell.
