If you ever see this out, get one. Just do it. It’s not good but hilariously overhyped/priced like Pappy. I’m pretty sure it knocked a bottle of rye 10x its price off the top of the list. I don’t even like Canadian whisky. I’m so confused.

I am now actively looking for this. I was always a rye/bourbon guy until my first pour of Redbreast 15 changed my opinion on Irish whisky entirely and now its a regular. Hopefully this will do the same for Canadian. Seems very well recieved online - I imagine the price will explode if it hasn't already.
And if you have any idea where I might be able to find it, let me know. Closest I've been able to find is a shop in NY and I'm not doing that.

For anyone making wings in the oven this recipe is the closest I've been able to get to deep fried wings. Short version: use salt, baking powder (NOT SODA) and a little cornstarch. Toss the wings in the dries and let them sit overnight or at least a few hours in the fridge. I'm doing a smokey gochujang and a mango habanero sauce.
