Just did my food shopping, deal of the day

Pork chops for 7.78 at Sam’s club. Great buys today gas 3.21 Pleasantville NJ.

I do sams and shop rite and acme why?

Some items sams doesn’t have and acme and shop rite go back n forth every week with coke on sale.

Sam’s has 35 pk Coke products for 18.62

But Acme has 12 pk Coke products 4.99 but must buy 4.

Think about it

18.62 for 35 or
20.00 for 48

Every now and then regular market has a better deal. But sams is king with toiletries, meat, etc

At the deli counter at the Acme,

I got my usuals

Honey ham n turkey and white American.

Have you ever seen those different cheeses?

Buffalo wing cheese - have had n love

Jalapeño haven’t had

Steakhouse onion - I decided to try and liked the free sample and got a lb.

Can’t wait to try with sandwich.

Also do you go all out with a sandwich?

Mustard, cheese, meat, on Italian rolls? Pickles lettuce, etc? If not it’s not a sandwich and you haven’t lived

Wife was away, so I ate well.

Leftovers. OK not leftovers....i originally bought 8 lobster tails. Ate 1 one the car ride home, 3 with supper, 1 for a snack, and 3 in the sub the next day.

I have a runny nose and yellow mucus when I blow my nose, took mucinex to fix that which is working.

So far this is my food option

Bananas
Rice
Applesauce
Toast

The Brat diet.

Chicken noodle.

Thankfully I don’t have a stomach issue.

Sam’s Club excellent you basically get 2 bottles that you would get for 1 at CVS

But the Nyquill was a 3 pk 1 day 2 night bottles

Also just got new medical insurance that starts tomorrow but I hope I don’t have to see a dr

I saw something apple cider vinegar in Sam’s Club, didn’t buy it. Looked like a powder like
Metamucil

Not sure what it does but interesting it’s in the medicine isle

Louis, the one that always works well for me is Alka Seltzer Plus. It helps me every time I catch something.
