Maroon better be given one of those cushy business dev jobs when he retires from either the Blues or the Lightning. Dude has been serially underpaid. He should be signing contracts where he gets paid 2X for every round his team advances in the playoffs.

He should get 10 years at $500k a year as the assistant to the VP of player development. And Maroon should work from home.
