This isnt soccer. Hockey teams wear sweaters. Jersey is acceptable. Uniform is acceptable. KIT is not.

I like kit when talking about everything from the color of helmets, gloves, socks, etc. Certainly better than ensemble or outfit.

I'm sure it was more about the logo than the somewhat similar jersey design.

The Predators seem to think that classic means it looks like a literal shirt and not a jersey. That's not how it works.

The Dallas Texans did not wear brown leather pants at any time in their history. Those pants are a relic from the 20's. No pro hockey team wore that style in the 40's, period.

Nice looking jersey. Would look better with yellow incorporated, but it seems the Stars are staying away from the North Star years. Which I'm good with.

No, the Predators think classic means something from the hockey history in the area, which is why they mimicked the Nashville Dixie Flyers uniforms of the 1960's. Seems "classic" to me.

First off this is not a "kit". That is a British term.

Second, that entire uniform is a REPRODUCTION which is not historically accurate. Those are 1920's era pants. The colour scheme is also incorrect.

Third, that is a smoking hot looking uniform either way.

i just have a hard time not seeing it i guess. presented this way, one clearly looks like a template for the other. minor mods with color subtractions and more text, but for wanting "no north stars" the design is fairly similar.

Nothing like the North Stars jerseys... other than both having green on them, both have white on them, and both are jerseys.
