With a move he basically never does or have done before. Im talking about the move he pulled tonight the move that got him so successful in the SO

Never said that he was bad but just look at last year.
JJ has two moves.

A) circle around the away team bench, right to left cross and Forsberg backhand.

B) circle around the away team bench, right to left cross and blocker side shot.

or B v.2.0) circle around the away team bench, right to left cross, wait out the goalie and roof it.

But did the Forsberg move not come until later when he probably felt that he was going to get scouted on the blocker shot?

He was unstoppable on that shot for so long.

He scored a goal with that same move in the previous game, so..

Doesn't matter. Dude hasn't been sbit in shootouts for a long time. Time for some new blood. I'd go Smith personally. If he wast ready tonight Jagr

Smith:

13-14, 2/4.
14-15, 1/9.
15-16 0/1.

Jagr:

11-12, 0/1.
12-13, 1/1.
13-14, 1/6.
14-15, 0/2.
15-16, none.

Trocheck:

13-14, 1/1.
14-15, 1/5.
15-16, 1/4.

Jokinen:

11-12, 2/6.
12-13, 1/1.
13-14, 2/9.
14-15, 2/12.
15-16, 1/2.

Yes, Jokinen hasn't been OP in the SO recently, but it's not like the other choices are slam dunks either. He did score the winning goal the previous time and coaches often go with guys that are "hot", remember when Bolland scored many SO goals last year?

Expected 0 points got 1. Can't be mad. That said feels like we have blown a lot of third period leads this year.

1 goal is not enough scoring. Barkov or not we play way too defensively. That game could've been 6-1 Us tonight.

Tallon should help us out here and this has nothing to do with injuries.

Marleau embellished the high stick and Trocheck stick checked the guy

Message is loud and clear Dan O Halloran and friends.

They can all just pound that extra point where the sun don't shine.

That being said, we deserved to lose b/c we didn't capitalize on excellent chances.

It's pretty had to criticize the choice of shooters when he took the 3 best shootout % players on the team.
Ya know what, Trocheck didnt get to shoot because of that Slash. Not saying it would have mattered.....but yeah

That's not how it works, you can still shoot if you take a penalty in the last 2 min of overtime.

Yeah appatently you are still eligible. Could have sworn you aren't

Nope. This prevents a team from having its worst players commit penalties with a second or 2 left in OT to make sure they don't go in a shootout and can turnover the roster to the better players quicker in case of a long shootout.

The game tying goal was not on Kulikov, I don't know where people get that from, unless they're just randomly picking guys. Kulikov was playing good solid defense against his man up against the boards. That was either on MacKenzie or Ekblad.

Man the sharks board is up in arms about the terrible quality of our home ice.

Is it true?

I guess I never notice I just think its our players being slow and clumsy that slows the game down?

Our ice is some of the worst in the league. It was exceptionally bad last night.
