Looks like a drill designed so that Havlat can pull a groin again. That way they can put him back on LTIR and have enough cap space to activate Couture & Torres. Tomorrow there will be a drill on how many times you can jump back and forth over the boards from the bench.

Sorry if this was discussed before, but I saw a show on NBC sports that named the 10 toughest arenas to play in the NHL of all time.

The tank got picked #3. Ahead of old Chicago Stadium, the Spectrum, etc.

Only old Boston Garden and the old Forum in Montreal were higher.

I've done two-men sleds to five-men sleds up and down the football field. I think I would prefer the ice nets due to the friction difference between ice and grass. I don't think either is fun when the coaches want to get their point across.

What? Murph and Mac will give Dan Boyle about 15 seconds before they move onto the Giants. Those two never covered the Sharks or hockey on my morning commute and is why I never listen to them.
