Detroit is icing Jeff Petry for 20 minutes a night. There's plenty of room for Buium to move up, so I think he signs. Especially since he prefers the right side, which Detroit isn't particularly flush at. Like, yeah, ASP is in the system, too, but Buium would probably beat him to the NHL and establish himself first.
